Navi MumbaiPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was straightforward and split into two rounds.

The first round was essentially a check on whether I had the right knowledge of the finance industry. It felt like a screening of fundamentals.

The second round focused much more on how I communicate and how I handle situation-based questions. That combination made the interview feel less about memorizing facts and more about explaining my thinking clearly. I left with the sense that the bar was on both my finance understanding and my ability to talk through scenarios.
