My process was oddly scheduled right from the start.

I did the first round by phone, then the second round happened at night, and the third round was with higher-level people. All of it was behavioral questions, and I walked away feeling like I absolutely dominated the conversations.

What really stuck with me was how weird it was to have an interview at night. Even though the questions were behavioral and I felt confident, the timing made the experience feel unusual compared to what I expected from a typical interview flow. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I came away convinced I’d performed well.
