My process started through a career fair connection, and it turned into a fairly long sequence that still felt organized.

First I had recruiter contact to prompt the process, and then it moved into two phone screens. Those calls mixed behavioral questions with some technical checking, and they asked why I was considering the company and what I expected to do next.

The on-site part was more immersive and included multiple one-on-one conversations with different people. Some sessions leaned technical, and others were fit-focused. I remember the technical questions landing a bit more technical than I’d expected for the business consultant role, and a lot of it felt aimed at whether I could be a hybrid—comfortable
