I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and found the process tough, with one main coding evaluation followed by rapid back-to-back rounds.

Technical coding round — I was asked a medium-to-hard coding question.
System design — I was given a scenario specific to the company and asked to design within that context.
Managerial round — a leadership-focused interview following the design discussion.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the interviewers were cooperative and the bar felt challenging mainly because of the question difficulty and pace.
