I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an average technical bar, but the process communication was notably frustrating.

Recruiter interview / coordination — I emailed with questions and often didn’t get responses; later feedback blamed spam, but my emails didn’t appear there.
Process continued despite the coordination issues — I pushed ahead once I realized replies were unreliable.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; my takeaway was that the interview journey would have felt smoother if recruiter updates had been consistent and timely.
