I had a smaller, early-stage process that started with a campus conversation and quickly moved into a remote screen for iOS.

On-campus / remote interview — After meeting recruiters at a career fair, an engineer requested an on-campus interview, which was later canceled and rescheduled into a remote video call.
Engineer screen with shared screen + IDE coding — On video chat with an engineer for the iOS team, I shared screens and worked through coding questions directly in my own development environment. Outcome: No offer—my takeaway was that once scheduled, the technical screen was hands-on and straightforward.
