I had an interview experience that felt oddly off-track due to execution issues around the interviewer and the test setup, even though the technical level was not described as extreme.

Single coding-focused interview — a frontend-only assessment; the interviewer arrived late, wasn’t the expected interviewer, and initially struggled with available attributes before correcting themselves.
Karat-style coding with re-do option — another session followed the standard third-party flow, included the chance to redo the interview, but the redo was still sent back to the recruiter alongside the original. Outcome: No offer; my takeaway was that operational issues (wrong/late interviewer, test logistics) can derail performance regardless of ability.
