I went through a drawn-out interview process that felt unprofessional and inefficient, spanning weeks and leaving me without timely feedback.

Recruiter screen — I started with HR/recruiter outreach, but details about format/content were inconsistent.
Multiple interview rounds — I ended up in several interviews and calls where the agenda was unclear, and the overall experience felt chaotic.
Scheduling and follow-up issues — I dealt with interruptions, delays over holidays, and long gaps before any updates.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the main takeaway was that even with friendly interviewers, the process execution and communication were the biggest problems.
