PACCAR Cloud Engineer interview experience

HR did an initial phone screening that lasted about thirty minutes, where they reviewed details and then I had an interview with the hiring manager for another thirty minutes.

After that, they either made a decision or requested a potential third interview, depending on how things went. That made it feel like they were structured about closing the loop rather than letting the process drag on endlessly.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, but the steps were clear and easy to follow, with each stage having a specific purpose.
