I had a very nice interview process that ran through a couple of rounds and included HR.

There were about two to three interviews overall, one of which was with the team leader.

The HR side was especially helpful—they gave a lot of information about the job and what the work would involve. After the interviews, they also came back with results quickly, which I appreciated because it avoided long uncertainty.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the communication and speed of the decision-making made the process feel smooth and respectful.
