The first step was a timed coding assignment, and that set the tone for the rest of the process.

After that, I had two technical interviews and one HR interview. Everything was held through Zoom.

From start to finish, the process took up to about two weeks, with the interviews fitting closely together. It felt like they were moving at a steady pace and keeping the evaluation window tight.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself was organized, and the timeline felt fairly contained rather than stretched out indefinitely.
