My interview process for this role ended up being a three-step technical path.

First there was a high-level technology discussion with the chief architect. Then I did a coding question with a peer architect, and after that I completed a design question with the chief architect.

What I found most difficult was the lack of follow-up. I didn’t receive feedback about my performance at any point—not after the HR part, and not after the technical rounds either. The whole thing felt like I did the work and then it just went quiet.
