My process started with a call from HR, followed by a technical interview.

The technical part went well—I answered both questions easily and felt like I understood what they were testing.

After that, I didn’t hear back for about a month. I reached out after two weeks to follow up, but they ended up ghosting me, which felt unprofessional to me.

Since then, I didn’t plan on interviewing there again. The delay and lack of closure were the main things that made this feel worse than the interview itself.
