The process started with a kind introduction to the company and the role, and I appreciated that the interviewer was clear about what they were looking for.

Questions were centered on my current work and the challenges I’d faced, and the style also mixed in algorithmic thinking.

I ended up doing coding problem work where the questions felt like LeetCode, and I did live coding of the solutions I provided. The overall vibe felt professional and engaging, and I left feeling like I’d been able to show how I approached problems.

Even with the good interaction, I didn’t receive an offer, but at least the interview itself felt thoughtful rather than purely scripted.
