My overall takeaway was negative.

The interview and company culture felt narrow-minded to me, with a strong bias toward a particular kind of profile. The impression I got was that they cared more about how someone “sounds” or fits a certain mindset than about actual experience or capability.

It also felt like they expected a very specific style of answers—more relational and aligned with older, closed ways of thinking—rather than engaging with what I’d done in practice.

I ended up feeling like the mismatch was fundamental, and that colored everything about the process.
