I went through what felt like a smooth, contained process that took about three weeks end to end.

After submitting my resume, I got scheduled for a phone interview a few weeks later.

From there, the rounds were a video interview and then a final half-day video interview. The whole thing flowed well, and I felt like I had a solid experience overall—nothing chaotic, and the communication seemed organized.

The result was still a no offer, but I left with the sense that the process itself was professional and that my interviews were handled calmly and predictably.
