Pittsburgh, PAPosted Aug 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an HR interview, then followed it with an interview with the hiring manager.

After those two conversations, I was asked to deliver a technical presentation to the entire team, including the department manager.

That presentation was followed by individual interviews with each team member, and the department manager also took part again in that loop. Overall it felt like a full-team evaluation rather than a few isolated discussions.

Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the experience was pretty immersive. It also made the stakes feel high because the process moved from HR/hiring-manager conversation directly into visibility with the wider group.
