I went through four interviews total, and they were split across three technical conversations plus one with the director of engineering.

Everyone involved was described as great, and the questions were interesting and engaging.

The director interview was the one that caught me off guard. Even though the overall interview set felt strong and interactive, that final conversation was harder for me to feel prepared for compared to the earlier technical rounds.

I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like the process was genuinely meaningful. The director-level step was the real challenge and the main reason the difficulty felt higher than it might have otherwise.
