My interview process was fairly simple and stayed centered on motivation and direction.

It ran through three rounds in English, and the questions were anchored around why I was leaving my current company and what I was looking for next. I remember being asked about my expectations, my career goal, and what challenges I was expecting to face.

Because it stayed focused on my story and goals rather than tricky surprises, it felt straightforward. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience was easy to follow and didn’t feel like there was anything hidden behind the format.
