I went through a streamlined but multi-team interview flow where I tried to land in the best fit.

Talent acquisition kept things moving and communication was solid, and I ended up speaking with more than one team to understand what each group needed and what I actually wanted.

The structure felt intentionally practical. I met several managers across teams and got a lot of questions that went beyond just “tell me about yourself”—they wanted specifics from my past experience, including how I had handled performance and results. One of the more memorable parts was how many different people I spoke with, which made it feel thorough even though the overall coordination was smooth.
