I went into the process as someone new to recruitment, and the Talent Acquisition contact made it less intimidating by walking me through the role—what the expectations were and what the challenges could be.

It turned into more of an open discussion than a traditional interrogation, with most of the time focusing on my motivations and goals.

That made the whole experience feel easier to engage with because I wasn’t just trying to “perform” answers; I could talk through what I wanted and how I was thinking.

I didn’t get to an offer from this process, but the tone felt respectful and supportive, and that honest, laid-back framing is what stuck with me.
