I went through a straightforward, multi-round interview journey that started with a phone conversation with HR that lasted about an hour.

From there, I moved into several interviews with managers and directors, and the format stayed consistent: they wanted to understand how I thought, how I worked, and how I would fit into the teams.

At one point, the process included role playing for a general BD call, along with scenario-style questions that focused on how I’d handle different situations. The conversations also touched on the fundamentals of recruitment/sales work—my history, how I approached the role, and what I was motivated by. I was also able to meet senior leaders at the later stage, including managing directors.
