Morgan McKinley Consultant interview experience

It began with an application on the eFinancial platform, followed by an initial screening interview. After that, I went through multiple rounds that included two separate interviews with the hiring manager.

Then the process continued with interviews with senior consultants. Overall, it felt difficult more because of how many checkpoints there were than because any single moment stood out in the notes I kept. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt like they were consistently drilling into whether I really had what they needed across different senior voices.
