Milpitas, CAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with what I expected to be a quick Zoom screen, and it turned out to be a little more technical than I anticipated.

After a brief chat about myself, the interviewer immediately pivoted into technical topics—assembly-level command knowledge and some object-oriented concepts—so it didn’t feel like a pure logistics call.

By the time the conversation settled, it was still structured like an early-round gate, but the interviewer’s focus made it clear they were looking for baseline technical fluency right away. Even though it was the first step, I left feeling like I’d been assessed on more than just fit.
