The process felt straightforward from the beginning and everything ran on a clear path.

HR handled an initial phone screening first, and then I interviewed with the hiring manager. Communication throughout was smooth, and the people I spoke with were friendly.

It didn’t feel like there were any surprises—just a clean sequence from screening into the manager conversation. Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, it left me with the sense that they ran the process professionally while deciding.
