Michigan State University Research Analyst interview experience

I shared my screen and showed my work, which made the conversation feel more concrete than typical interview questions. It wasn’t stressful in the sense of trying to memorize lines—I could actually walk through what I’d done.

Most of their questions were about my research, which helped because it was directly tied to what I presented. The overall experience felt pretty good, and I left knowing they were focused on understanding the details of my work rather than pulling unrelated topics out of nowhere.
