East Lansing, MIPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My recruiter process ended up being more memorable than I expected.

I went through two behavioral calls, and after that the recruiter invited me to the lab so I could take a look around and speak with the head manager. That lab visit changed the feel of the process completely—it went from conversation to an actual feel for the environment.

During that visit, they ended up making the offer in person, which caught me by surprise in the best way. The whole thing felt smooth and personal, and walking out of that meeting I was genuinely excited because it didn’t drag or stall.
