Michaels Account Executive interview experience

• Store/team conversation — I talked through my background in a casual way, and it felt like the interviewer(s) and other team members joined in while we discussed what the job involves.
• Role walkthrough & expectations — The conversation included what I would be doing day to day, plus the kind of collaboration the team expects.

Outcome: No offer, but I left feeling the interview was positive and that everyone was professional and friendly.
