I had a frustrating application-to-review experience that felt procedural and then stalled, despite being labeled easy.

Paperwork-heavy administrative intake — I completed forms that asked invasive questions about family SNAP/benefits details, followed by a mandatory assessment that repeated similar questions.
Long silence and no transparency — After finishing everything, I heard nothing for weeks.
Final update — I was eventually told they weren’t recruiting for the role. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway is that the process can be heavily admin-driven and communication can be inconsistent even after you complete everything.
