I went through a very quick, low-stakes interview cycle with an emphasis on fit, availability, and learning expectations.

Short manager-led interview — I answered basic “tell me about yourself” and fit questions, usually lasting only minutes.
Role expectations and hiring context — The conversation often focused on what the seasonal job would look like and how I’d perform daily tasks.
Practical fit checks — I was asked about availability and whether I had relevant experience (including sales/customer service basics). Outcome: I generally felt the process was quick and welcoming; the takeaway is that being responsive and available mattered most.
