Sequim, WAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an extremely easy, walk-in or same-day style process where the interview was more about fit and logistics than evaluation.

Walk-in / immediate manager interview — I showed up and interviewed on the spot, usually with the store manager.
Short in-person discussion — The conversation centered on availability, any relevant retail experience, and basic “tell me about yourself”-type questions.
On-the-spot offer / paperwork — In some cases I received an offer immediately and completed paperwork right after. Outcome: I was treated as a straightforward candidate; showing up ready with availability and basic experience was enough to progress quickly.
