I had an interview experience that felt more awkward and hard to participate in due to group format, even though the questions themselves were on the easier side.

Scheduling call + in-person group interview — I coordinated a time by phone, then arrived to learn it would be a group interview; it felt unprofessional and awkward to share my resume in front of everyone.
Group interview with the store manager — a roughly one-hour group session with many candidates where it was difficult to get speaking time because it wasn’t one-on-one.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the main hurdle was the format (sharing time with a large group), not the content of the questions.
