Michaels Account Executive interview experience

• Phone interview with manager — I spoke with the manager over the phone (or checked in by calling), and the conversation stayed straightforward around my background and fit.
• In-person / same-day completion — I completed the interview the same day I called, which made the process feel quick and informal.
• Offer timing — I was told the role was mine that day, or after the fast wrap-up steps.

Outcome: I received an offer quickly, and the takeaway was that sounding confident about availability and experience was enough to move me forward immediately.
