BengaluruCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role that mixed project walkthrough questions with embedded/engineering fundamentals, but the overall campus-origin process felt uneven.

Project + scenario-based discussion — I explained my projects and answered scenario questions, plus basic embedded/engineering questions.
Campus/test + limited structure — In another similar path, I experienced a test-and-interview-only approach with little aptitude screening and decisions that seemed tied to branch/campus selection. Outcome: I did not get an offer, and the takeaway was that preparation for both technical fundamentals and how the process runs from the beginning mattered.
