I went through a Mercedes-Benz interview that started in a relaxed, structured way, with early emphasis on context and team/company introduction before moving deeper.

Welcome + company overview — I was greeted by multiple interviewers (such as HR and people from the department/supervisors) and the company presented itself for about 5–10 minutes.
Department/team introduction — After that, I received an overview of the team or department and how it fit into the broader organization. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; my takeaway was that even when the atmosphere is relaxed, later technical fit still determines the outcome.
