I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through a simple multi-step flow that mixed a small take-home with leadership conversations, and it felt approachable.

HR screen — A basic introduction focused on fit.
Test / take-home — I worked on a test involving a word-file task, where I had to build an app using FastAPI; after submission, I received a response.
Project head interview — Discussion of role responsibilities and my past experience, plus some coding questions.
CEO / final conversation — Largely focused on personal background and resume alignment. Outcome: I got an offer in one case and didn’t move forward in the other; takeaway: the FastAPI build and your communication about experience were key.
