I experienced a mid-difficulty process that included multiple screening steps like English and aptitude, then moved into Spring Boot/backend technical questioning.

Assessment steps — I took general English, IQ, and personality-related tests.
HR + technical interview — An HR interaction was followed by a technical interview.
Technical focus — In the technical portion, they asked if I knew specific areas, with topics heavily centered on Spring Boot and backend. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; takeaway: for this track, backend/Spring Boot knowledge was a core signal after the general screening.
