I went through a three-phase interview process that leaned more toward behavioral signals than pure technical depth, ending with HR contract steps.

Phase 1: behavioral + technical discussion — I had a session focused on how I approach problems, with a strong behavioral emphasis.
Phase 2: team leadership + manager — I spoke with a technical lead, then a team manager, continuing the behavior-first conversation with technical context.
Phase 3: HR — At the end, HR informed me about the offer and contract signing. Outcome: I moved forward to offer/contract discussion; takeaway: they cared heavily about communication, collaboration, and how I handle situations.
