I interviewed for a Software Engineer role where the process started with CGPA screening and then moved through concept-focused testing and HR-style conversations.

CGPA shortlist + technical test — I completed a technical test with multiple-choice questions and numerical answers, emphasizing concepts.
HR/fit interview — I answered questions like where I see myself in five years, why I want to join, and why they should hire me. Outcome: I received an offer, and the takeaway was that the process prioritized demonstrated potential and fit, not just one area.
