I interviewed on-site for a Software Engineer role, and the process felt easy and introductory with time for conversations at the plant.

Onsite plant interview — the manager gave a brief introduction, asked a few questions, and I was asked about my interest in cars.
Employee Q&A / networking — I had a chance to talk with other employees and ask them questions about the environment. Outcome: One experience did not lead to an offer, while another did—overall, the tone was friendly and lighter than a typical technical-heavy loop.
