I had a shorter process where the first technical assessment was the gatekeeper, and I was later rejected after a resume/ML/math style technical round.

Phone screen → Teams with technical — I started with recruitment by phone, then had a Teams meeting with the technical team.
Technical interview (special cases / resume-based) — I was asked about special cases and deeper points based on my background.
Technical test → follow-up interview — In another path, the sequence was a technical test first, then a round focused on resume plus ML and math questions. Outcome: I didn’t get a callback for the next stage; the takeaway was to be prepared for resume-driven questions plus ML/math thinking early.
