I interviewed for an internship-style Software Engineer track with a standard recruiter-first flow, and it focused on fundamentals plus teamwork fit.

Recruiter screening — An initial call about my background, engineering fundamentals, and motivation.
Technical interview(s) — One or two technical conversations with engineers or managers covering problem-solving, past projects, and industry knowledge.
Behavioral assessment — Questions that tested teamwork and adaptability. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in one case and did in the other; takeaway: your projects and fundamentals had to map directly to the role, while communication showed teamwork readiness.
