I interviewed for a Mercedes-Benz engineering role with a process that started with a friendly company and departmental introduction, and it led all the way to an offer.

Welcome in a relaxed atmosphere — I was greeted by interviewers from different groups and the company described its history, values, structure, and current developments.
Intro of the team — Then there was an introduction to the department and what the team does. Outcome: I received an offer; takeaway: clarity and comfort from the structured, friendly intro helped the rest of the process go smoothly.
