I expected a typical multi-step hiring flow for the Software Engineer role, with optional phone/video screening and then potential in-person technical evaluation.

Initial resume + possible phone/video interview — I would submit my resume and possibly complete an early screening by phone or video.
In-person interviews (potentially multiple) — I may be asked to solve technical problems, discuss work and projects, and demonstrate coding skills.
Office tour / employee introductions (optional) — the process could include a facilities tour and introductions. Outcome: No offer in both; the takeaway is that the process was designed to combine technical, project, and coding verification with a chance to meet the team.
