I interviewed for a Software Engineer position through a structured four-stage pipeline that felt professional and balanced behavioral with technical evaluation.

Application submission — I applied via the careers portal.
Recruiter initial screening — A 30-minute phone screening covering my background, the role, availability, and basic fit.
Technical/skills assessment — Technical questions to validate skills.
Panel interview — A 75-minute panel with hiring manager and team members; the questions mixed behavioral and technical and emphasized problem-solving and past experience. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; takeaway: having clear examples tied to both problem-solving and prior experience was essential.
