I went through a phone intro plus a Codility-style home coding challenge, followed by two behavioral conversations with team and departmental leaders, and it felt pretty balanced.

Intro call (Kennenlernen) — I had a phone conversation with general questions.
Coding challenge (Codility / LeetCode-like) — I completed an easy/medium coding task at home.
Behavioral round (team leader) — I discussed experience and motivation in a behavioral format.
Behavioral round (department head) — I continued with another conversation with a department leader. Outcome: I received an offer in one path; the takeaway was that being ready for a simple-to-medium coding challenge at home plus strong behavioral storytelling mattered.
