I experienced a mostly behavioral, low-pressure Marathon Petroleum interview loop with quick scheduling and a friendly tone over about a week or two.

On-campus / recruiter setup — I connected at a career fair or engineering expo, then was scheduled for a near-term interview.
Interview (HR + engineer / behavioral focus) — I talked with HR and an engineer (usually two people total). The questions were largely behavioral (conflict, strengths/weaknesses, decision-making, teamwork), with little technical engineering content. The tone felt conversational and supportive.
Close-out / wait for decision — I was told to expect follow-up within about a month (or I heard back within two weeks) and ultimately didn’t move
