Negative

Carson, CAPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience felt difficult and frustrating because the process stretched across weeks with heavy onsite effort, but the communication and outcome were negative.

Initial recruiter outreach (including pay discussion) — I was contacted and asked what pay I wanted, even though the posting didn’t list it; later I was asked if I’d accept the amount I stated.
HR phone screen — I repeated key points and discussed acceptance of the proposed terms.
Short hiring manager virtual interview — The hiring manager meeting was very brief.
Long onsite panel with facility tour — I went through an extended in-person panel day with a facility tour and a meal.
Outcome communication — After a long wait, I received an automated rejection
