I experienced a laid-back, campus-based interview for a Software Engineer role that leaned heavily on basic behavioral questions and felt easy to navigate.

Career fair connection → on-campus interview — I met Marathon at a fair and was scheduled for an interview soon after.
Short interview with HR and engineers — I interviewed for around 30 minutes with an HR recruiter and an engineer from the relevant area.
Behavioral basics — Questions were straightforward, often “tell me about a time” style, plus light check-ins like whether I had questions.
Comfort and rapport — I felt they were actively listening and that the atmosphere was relaxed and supportive. Outcome: I didn’t always get an offer, but when it did happen it
