I had an introductory interview that felt very straightforward and mostly about getting to know me.

After that, the process moved on to a more technical interview, which fit the typical shape of many software engineering hiring cycles.

The recruiter involved in the early stage was nice and direct, and the whole thing didn’t feel overly complicated. I was surprised by how quickly the conversation shifted from introductions to technical content, but it still stayed manageable.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the overall impression was that the process was organized and familiar, and the communication felt clear enough that I wasn’t left guessing what would happen next.
